1. Agreement to Terms

By using the A2A Music website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services. These Terms apply to all users, including artists, labels, and distributors.

2. User Accounts

To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Your Content & Distribution

You retain 100% of your copyrights and ownership of your music, artwork, and other materials ("Content") you upload to our Services.

By uploading your Content, you grant A2A Music a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Distribute your Content to our partner Digital Service Providers (DSPs).
  • Use your Content (e.g., audio clips, artwork) for promotional purposes related to our Services.
  • Collect and process royalties on your behalf from the DSPs.

You warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for the Content you upload, and that your Content does not infringe on the rights of any third party (including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights).

4. Royalties and Payouts

We will pay you the percentage of royalties you have earned as specified by your chosen plan (e.g., 85% for Free plan, 100% for Premium plan). Payouts are made monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold and processing times. You are responsible for any taxes owed on your earnings.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Upload any Content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes on any third-party rights.
  • Upload "fake streams" or engage in any activity to artificially inflate streaming numbers.
  • Use any automated system (bots, spiders) to access the Services.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our Services or servers.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall A2A Music, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
